Dear Clients,

Please be informed that the Terms of Service regulating the general conditions of the operation of EnterHungary system (www.enterhungary.gov.hu), the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), enters into force on 10 November 2024.

The Terms of Service contains, among other things, the general conditions for using the platform, the technical conditions of operation, the rules on data management, handling complaints and contact information.

The Terms of Service also contains the regulations for deleting data uploaded to the EnterHungary system. Notifications regarding deletion of data will be sent according to Terms of Service.

The Terms of Service can be found on the website of the NDGAP (www.oif.gov.hu) and is also available at www.enterhungary.gov.hu.

Acceptance of the Terms of Service is a condition of using the EnterHungary platform, please review it.
