Notice for holders of a valid residence permit for guest self-employment

Fulfilling the regular reporting obligation via the Enter Hungary platform

We would like to draw the attention of our clients holding a residence permit for guest self-employment that, from now on, they can fulfil their regular reporting obligation, as required by law, via the electronic platform for initiating aliens policing procedures (Enter Hungary).

The regular reporting obligation can be fulfilled by completing and submitting the form provided for this purpose on the Enter Hungary (https://enterhungary.gov.hu/) platform.

Please note that, under current legislation, the extension of a residence permit issued for guest self-employment may only be granted if the third-country national has duly complied with the reporting obligation set by the immigration authority.

With regard to the information above, we kindly ask our clients to use the Enter Hungary platform in the future to fulfil their reporting obligations.
