Planned maintenance

Dear Clients,
Please be informed that due to the planned maintenance of the electronic document management system of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP) there will be a temporary service downtime in the sending and receiving of electronic consignments, as well as in the processing of all administrative tasks related to the use of the filing system between 00:00 on Friday 8 November 2024 and 08:00 on 11 November 2024.
The official website of NDGAP and its electronic case initiation interface (https://enterhungary.gov.hu), as well as possibility to manage cases on these sites will remain available. However, the processing of lodged applications, submissions and all electronic consignments will start only following the period affected by the maintenance.
In view of the above, client reception services at all client service offices of NDGAP will be suspended on 8 November 2024. The cancellation of appointments booked for 8 November 2024 and further information on this will be communicated separately by NDGAP.
